The Brazilian Network for Interprofessional Education and Work (REBETIS) was created with the perspective of discussing the theoretical and methodological bases of Interprofessional Education and Collaborative Practice (IPECP), capable of strengthening existing initiatives and encouraging their adoption in the various contexts of reality brazilian.
ReBETIS is a network formed by people interested in developing IPECP and interprofessional work in health in Brazil with a view to improving training and work in health. For 9 years, ReBETIS has involved students, professors, researchers and health workers in Brazil in defense of IPECP as inducers of the realization of the Brazilian population’s right to quality care and health training.
This Global Café aims to present the history of ReBETIS, the fundamentals of this network, plans, results and future perspectives to support the implementation of IPECP in Brazil.
