Abstract:
Advocating interprofessional education and collaborative practice (IPECP) as a concept has always been a challenging task for academics, practitioners, institutions, and individuals. In today’s modern and digitalized world, we are equipped with tools such as digital technologies and social media platforms to champion IPECP principles to be used in practice. In this presentation, we have two aims: 1) to discuss the process of developing a visual identity for Interprofessional.Global to leverage IPECP strategically within local communities, institutions, and international organisations, and 2) to share the value of personal branding via social media in communicating and advocating IPECP within and outside of one’s professional field. It is our intention to facilitate a discourse on how these tools can amplify the work that we have been doing to promote IPECP locally and globally.
