The Interprofessional.Global Awards are presented at the All Together Better Health (ATBH) Conference to recognize and celebrate individuals and teams that exemplify the development of conceptual, empirical and theoretical knowledge to inform the design and implementation of collaborative activities within interprofessional education, collaboration, teamwork, patient safety, or policy.
The ATBH conferences are driven by the conviction that by learning together we improve working together to effect change, enhance quality of care, ensure safety, and optimize deployment of human resources.
Nominations can be from individuals or teams from any domain (e.g., education, practice, policy, community etc.) with all nominations being reviewed using the same evaluation criteria.
Nomination materials (self-nomination of individual or teams are welcome)
- Provide a brief overview that describe the initiative you are putting forward making sure to address the principles of collaborative working (Max 400 words)
- Provide evidence of the impact, value, significance, and or potential for change (outcomes focused) (Max 500 words)
- Supply a letter of impact from an external party, this could be a patient consumer, colleague, collaborator, key stakeholder, etc. (Max 2 pages)
- Supply an Abbreviated CV/ CVs for nominees highlighting your collaborative work (Max 2 pages)
